What the shipping time?

All orders are processed on the same day and despatched immediately from our Brisbane distribution centre, depending on your location, delivery may be between 1 - 5 days.

What couriers do you use?

We ship most small items by Australia Post or Star Track. Large items may be delivered by TNT or furniture removalists. Where a large item is being shipped, we will always contact you with a freight quote first before proceeding with your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is despatched you will receive an email with the courier company name and a tracking number which can be used to track the progress of your order.

I have a problem with my product, what do I do?

We are here for you; don't worry we will get it sorted for you, just contact us by email or phone and let us know what the issue is, and we'll have it corrected for you asap.

Can you do a better price for me?

From time to time, we may be able to offer special deals, especially if you are looking to purchase a few items. Always feel free to ask us!

We are based in Brisbane, Queensland. We are a 100% Australian owned family business.
