Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
If applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is between 1–5 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at ben@skindoctorshop.com.au

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, or carrier issues).

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll help resolve the issue promptly.
