How to Clean & Care for Powder Coated Trolleys.

Please use a neutral pH cleaner to wipe the trolley surfaces down. Never use cleaners that are strong ethanol, acid, alkali or oxidizing cleaners as these types of cleaners can break down the
protective white coating on the trolley and cause corrosion and staining.

Once cleaned it is important that no residual cleaner is left on the trolley surface which can form scale deposits or staining. To remove please use a clean and soft low lint cloth to wipe the
trolley dry.

Should your trolley develop scale deposits or staining, it is most likely due to residual moisture or the presence of cleaning solution on the trolley surface.

All of our powder coated trolleys come with 12 months warranty against any defects due to quality issues or workmanship, when used correctly for the purposes which they were designed for.

Freight charges and delivery method.

We want to be completely honest and transparent with you, freight is a fact of life and when it comes to furniture type items we use the most economical and trusted carriers, but it does cost money that we often can't absorb.

Larger items such as examination tables, chairs and trolleys may require freight services. If freight is applicable to your order we will contact you with a quote for the amount of freight charged to us by the freight carrier. This will always only be the same amount we are charged.

At this point we will ask if you accept the freight quote for us to ship your order. You are under no obligation to accept and if you do not wish to proceed, we will gladly refund your payment immediately.
